Mitsu Miyagi’s journey is one of grit, growth, and inspiration. From mowing lawns at 12 to leading innovative projects at Transamerica. Born into a family with a legacy from Japanese internment camps, Mitsu embraced hard work early, flipping burgers, selling water filters, and running a baseball card business while in college. A “C+” student-turned-A-student, fatherhood transformed his path, fueling his drive to succeed.

Now a husband, father, grandfather, and adventurer, Mitsu co-founded Life After Sports 23 with Greg Vaughn to share real stories that inspire young people to think big and live fully. Mitsu’s motto? “If I can make it, anyone can!”
